Prepare for an epic battle where you must defend the remaining members of your crew from armies of robots, tanks, combat drones, and other terrifying foes while employing the enormous array of towers and lethal weaponry at your disposal!
IRON GUARD VR is a sci-fi tower defense game made inspired of classic RTS games. It features a full 360 degree of immersive board styled gameplay with various path lanes for you to care for. You are able to view the full battlefield environments by rotating and panning all around the entire environment.
The campaign mission is straightforward and features excellent voiced dialogues that serves to keep you engaged with the game’s plot. The voice acting and background music create a sci-fi atmosphere that immerses you in the game’s epic scenario. Environments’ aesthetics are really stunning, and they do provide a nice selection of well-designed maps.
The game’s many upgradeable turrets and creative use of entertaining elements, such the ability to use the right joystick to fire rounds to aid your turrets like in an arcade shooter, are what we enjoy about it. We found ourselves quickly switching and moving around between different lanes when opponents would come in multiple directions at once, which was fascinating! If that doesn’t kill the enemies, you can also deploy a superweapon that does a high level AOE (Area of effect) strike!
In conclusion, the IRON GUARD game is fantastic and will keep you entertained for a very long time. It will surely fill the RTS void required by Meta Quest 2 and VR. I’m a passionate fan and have played a number of tower defence games on computers and mobile devices, but this takes it to a new level. We are interested to see what Xlab Digital may release in the way of additional tower defence games and upgrades in the future.

Smooth and high-quality textures can be found on the environments and opponents. However, I believe that the graphics could be improved even further.

You’ll use many tactics to complete the missions in any tower defence game, as well as test out new ones. Even if you return repeatedly to complete the same quest, you will undoubtedly have a fun.
Sound : 9.0
The acting and narration in this story is incredible. When building and deploying turrets, we like the intricate sound effects and vocal voice command prompts.
