According to a tweet from the modding group Flat2VR, the incredibly brilliant modders Marulu & Streetrat who worked on HL2 VR have been working on a full 6DOF VR mod for one of the best MMOs, FF XIV, which is coming out as an alpha release “soon.”
First and third person viewpoints, motion controls, and more are supported by the mod! Marulu, one of the mod’s designers, stated in the Flat2VR Discord server that the first-person mode is primarily experimental and that you’ll probably prefer to play the game in third-person.
