The headset has higher internal specifications than the Meta Quest 2: a Snapdragon XR2 Plus processor in place of the Quest 2’s XR2, 12GB of RAM in place of the Quest 2’s 6GB, and 256GB of storage in place of the Quest 2’s 128GB and 256GB variants. It is far more balanced while weighing 722 gm as opposed to the Quest 2’s 503 gm. Its screens have decent 1800 x 1920 pixels per eye, a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz, and new display technology that, according to Meta, has a contrast ratio that is 75% higher than the Quest 2’s.
